Born in Forshaga, Vaermland, Sweden, 1974.
After gymnasial studies I attended a music college (Geijersskolan) with singing
as my main subject and 1995 I started at the Universitiy of Music in Malmoe
educating myself to music-and singing teatcher.
1999/2000 I studied at the operastudio at the opera in Gothenburg.
2002 I got employed as a singer in The Royal Opera Chorus at The Royal Opera
in Copenhagen.
Våren 2005 gjorde jag solodebut som La Sacerdotessa i "Aida", invignings-
uppsättningen på nya operahuset i Köpenhamn.
In the spring of 2005 I did my debut as a soloist as La Sacerdotessa in "Aida" at
the opening of the new opera house in Copenhagen
At The Royal Opera, CPH, 2006 I did Miss Jessel in "The Turn of the Screw".
I sang Siegrune in "The Valkyrie" (one performance Plàcido Dòmingo did Sieg-
mund). This "The Copenhagen Ring" is recorded on DVD and distributed by
DECCA and it also won a grammy-reward in London lately. I did Lillith in Bent
Lorentzens new written opera "Kain og Abel" and I did Leonora in Carl Nielsens
"Maskarade" - a part I sang in 07/08 as well.
I had several engagements, except Leonora, at the opera 07/08, 08/09. For ex
Musetta in "La Bohème" and Sylviane in "Die lustige Witwe".
In the spring of 2010 I did the main female part, Larissa, in Edina Hazelimovitchs
new opera "Waiting in nowhere".
In Feb/March 2011 I have sung the part as Mimi in la Boheme in a production with
Operaen i Midten. View a shortversion >> In 10/11 I will sing in "Frau ohne

I also do a great deal of romance concertos, oratories and opera concerts.
